Every build follows a structured process designed to keep the project clear, organized, and aligned with how you plan to use the van.

Discovery Call
We kick things off with a one-hour consultation where we take the time to understand your ideas, vision, budget, and goals. It's also a chance for both of us to make sure we're the right fit for your project. Consultations can be held in person or via video call. This call should give you a good idea of what you will need for your build to come to life!

Quote + Layout Direction
Based on your use case, lifestyle, and personal preferences, we carefully evaluate and determine the ideal platform, layout, and overall direction for your build, ensuring every structural and design decision is made with both functionality and your long-term satisfaction in mind. A quote is then tailor to your specific needs

Deposit + Build Slot
Once the direction is clear, a deposit secures your build slot and allows the project to move forward.

Design + System Planning
We refine every layout detail, material selection, and system configuration to align precisely with your build goals, reducing costly changes later and keeping your project on schedule and on budget.

Build Phase
Once the design is finalized and the contract is signed, the real magic begins. Our team will get to work bringing your build to life, and when it's ready, you simply drive in and drive out, adventure-ready from the moment you leave our shop. Most builds are completed within 6 –8 weeks.

Final Walkthrough + Delivery
The moment your build is complete, it's time for the handover and it's one of our favorite parts. We'll walk you through every detail of your new van, making sure you feel confident and comfortable with everything inside it. You'll also leave with a comprehensive manual covering all systems, from electrical to plumbing, so you always have a trusted reference on the road. By the time you drive away, you'll be fully prepared for whatever adventure comes next.

During The Build

Once your build is underway, the focus shifts to execution. Systems, materials, cabinetry, storage, and finishing details are installed with the goal of creating a van that works as a complete build, not a collection of separate parts.

Cabinetry + Materials
Cabinetry, flooring, wall finishes, and hardware are installed with durability and daily use in mind.
Fit + Finish
